Report a correction
If a label, owner or address is wrong, tell us. We fix errors quickly and note the date.
What to send
- The page address (or the practice name and city).
- What is wrong: for example, the practice left the group, the group was sold, or the office closed.
- A source if you have one: a press release, the group’s own location page, a filing or a letter to patients.

How we handle it
- We check the source and update the page if the evidence supports the change.
- Labels can’t be bought or removed for payment; they change only with evidence.
